Basically, it's an NG magazine being organised by KemCab.
If you would like to be part of it, please contact him. You can do anything from adverts to reviews, so if you feel even the slightest interest, talk to KemCab. There's bound to be something you can do to help.
So far it features reviews, two interviews (one with the creator of Castle) and fake ads and BBS science. More coming.
if you want it to be popular, you must advertise it. start a BBS post or go to user pages and mention it. this is the first i've heard of it.

2. well, maybe your right. posting in user pages comments isn't a bad idea, but it would make this place seem too much like myspace or youtube. it might end up being like that anyway in the near future(which would suck) but at least your's will be NG's related.
