There's a problem with my copy of flash. Whenever I click a button whilst testing it as a pop-up, it highlights it rather than going to the desired frame. Try as I might, I can't fix it. The alternative is to draw out every button, but I think that'll look really tacky. Anybody know the problem?

I've made two threads, and got no responses. I really need this for my next flash. Please help.

Please help.

You have to change the text to static in the properties box. It sounds like it is on dynamic at the moment.

How would I do that?

Do you know where the properties box/window even is? When you click on/select the text box there is an option in the properties window to change the text box to static/dynamic/input.

If you can't find the properties window try looking for it in the 'window' bar up the top of the screen.

Okay, I'll do that.

I'd say you should call Abode about it...

Nah.

Fix'd yet?

I found the properties box, but not the place which says static and stuff.

It's to the left on the window in a drop down menu. How can you not be seeing this?

When I got home, I'm taking a screen shot and posting it here.

I would like to help but your pm box is full

Seriously? I'll delete some.

Get Liveswif. It's much better.
